As we continue to evolve our products and build a broader healthcare marketplace, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, accessible and engaging digital experiences. What you'll do:

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll uncover genuine user problems and transform complex healthcare journeys into elegant, intuitive solutions.

Working across multiple live products, you will lead design from discovery through to delivery, combining curiosity, user empathy and exceptional craft to create experiences that feel effortless, accessible and human.

You will:

• Lead user interviews, usability testing and field research to uncover genuine needs and pain points.
• Translate research into clear problem statements and opportunities that influence product direction.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high fidelity interfaces in Figma.
• Design responsive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Use qualitative insights, product data and business goals to inform and improve your designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to test assumptions and validate solutions early.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity through to launch.
• Maintain and evolve HealthShare’s unified design system and component library.
• Define scalable design patterns and accessibility standards aligned with WCAG.
• Use AI assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and experimentation.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews and feedback sessions.
• Present design decisions clearly, connecting them to user insights and measurable outcomes.
• Champion design excellence and help strengthen HealthShare’s user centred design culture.

Desired skills and experience

• At least five years’ commercial experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Experience owning the complete design process across multiple live web and mobile products.
• Strong user research skills, including interviews, usability testing and validation.
• Advanced Figma, prototyping and high fidelity interface design capability.
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating, managing and scaling a unified design system.
• A data informed mindset, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Strong experience collaborating within multidisciplinary Agile product teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem solving and polished digital experiences.

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience designing digital health, online marketplace or booking products.
• Working knowledge of front end development, particularly React or an equivalent framework.
• Experience using AI assisted design tools, such as Claude, to support ideation, prototyping and workflow efficiency.
