Naturally, you’ll bring your hospitality and leadership experience to this role.

• Understand that wine is for enjoyment and not about rules!
• WSET level 2 (preferred by not required).
• Previous minimum 2 years experience
• Impeccable organisational skills
• The ability to motivate and develop wine training for daily briefings
• The ability to deliver a memorable experience to all guests by delivering high quality service.Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business.
• AND You’ll take great pride in ensuring our guests leave having felt a touch of France whilst dining under your watchful eye.
