ABOUT US
CUB CAMPERS is an Australian owned manufacturer of Caravans and Camper Trailers with over 50 years of Australian manufacturing heritage.

We have a national retail footprint with a combination of company and dealer outlets. We are seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to join our team in North Rocks, NSW.

Reporting to our Finance Manager you support the invoicing, stock management, and weekly payroll processes. Importantly, you will also play a role in the end of month processes, and generation of financial reporting for the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, responsibilities include:

• Invoicing and sales account reconciliation

• Payroll

• Expense reporting and pre-payments

• Finished Goods stock accounting

• Finished good stock financing administration

• Support Finance Manager with EOM reconciliations and report preparation

• BAS, PAYG and Payroll Tax submissions

• Bank reconciliations

• Balance sheet reconciliations

SYSTEMS

• Core financials- MYOB/Acumatica

• Payroll- Employment Hero

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Mandatory Bachelor of Business with Accounting Major

• Preferrable to be undertaking a CPA or CA

• Minimum 2 years post graduate experience as a Financial Accountant in a SME with at least 30+ employees

• Preferrable to have stock management experience (e.g. retailers/wholesalers/manufacturers)

• Mandatory to have hands on experience in payroll, financial reporting, and the Accounts Payable/Receivables processes.
