About the business and the role
We are a detailed process driven commercial joinery company based in Wetherill Park servicing projects throughout the east coast of Australia.
We are building our production team with adaptive Joiners to become part of a universally trained group in all machining, cabinet making and site installation. If you are a qualified Joiner, Installer, Cabinet maker or Machinist, this is an perfect opportunity to get trained and upskill yourself in areas you may not have had the opportunity to with previous employers, and become an all round asset to the industry. We use a management system that ensures success to everyone that applies themselves.
You Can:
Cut, Assemble or Install quality joinery off detailed shop drawings
Hit your Machining, Assembly and Installation targets
Be part of a group of successful, supportive, productive people to produce quality Joinery
Be punctual, reliable and hard working attitude
Communicate ideas openly and be apart of a growing environment
Be trained in all areas of production including machining, assembly, installation
Follow companies policies
You Have:
Cert III in cabinet making, shopfitting or equivalent
Minimum 5 years cabinet making or installation experience combined (preferred experience spread across both)
Passion for detailed joinery and expanding your knowledge
Experience with Laminating and curved works
Strong attention to detail & craftmanship
Willingness to learn & take direction
Safety track record
