At Pioneers Tutoring and Speech, we deliver intensive, one-on-one literacy and developmental support to children with Dyslexia, ADHD, ASD and other developmental profiles — across literacy, communication, and social skills, grounded in the Science of Reading and MTSS Tier 3 frameworks. Our sessions are evidence-based and tailored, but the magic is in the relationship. We're expanding our team of teachers, OTs, speech pathologists, social workers and counsellors who bring skill, warmth, and real energy to the work.

What You'll Do

• Deliver structured, individualised sessions targeting literacy, communication and social skill development

• Use phonics-based, multi-sensory methods grounded in the Science of Reading

• Provide Tier 3 intervention within an MTSS framework

• Adapt each session to the child's unique profile, strengths and needs

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Allied Health, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years' experience with ADHD, ASD or developmental delays

• Strong rapport-building and communication skills

• A genuine drive to work with kids who learn differently

• Literacy intervention experience is a plus — or we'll train you

Highly Regarded

• Knowledge of phonics, multi-sensory learning, and Science of Reading frameworks

• Experience in Tier 3 intervention (MTSS)

Why This Role
Fully remote and flexible: weekdays 4–7pm, with optional early mornings (7–9:30am) and weekends (9am–2pm).

Minimum 10–15 hrs/week.

Pay: $45–$60/hour
