About the Role
D'Orsogna Limited is seeking a full-time QA Coordinator to support quality assurance activities at our Mickleham facility. Reporting to the Site QA Manager and acting as the 2IC, you will help maintain product quality, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, investigate quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product inspections, testing, and quality audits.
Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality records, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Support internal and external audits.
Work closely with production teams to uphold quality standards.
Assist with staff training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare quality reports and monitor quality performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Qualification in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in quality control, audits, and quality management systems.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Knowledge of food manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements is preferred.
