We're looking for a Social Video Producer who can bring Finder's stories to life in every format, from scroll-stopping shorts on Instagram and TikTok to longer-form YouTube content people choose to subscribe to. More than an editor, you're a storyteller who turns complex news, insights and explainers into videos that hook in the first three seconds and hold attention all the way through.

Your superpower is efficiency: batching shoots, building templated workflows, and using AI-assisted clipping tools to turn one shoot into a wave of assets. You'll work closely with the wider Growth team, pitching ideas as often as you execute them — this is a role for someone who wants a hand in shaping what we make, not just how it looks.

• Sweat long-form YouTube videos into native shorts for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — and just as often, build a platform-first short up into something longer when it takes off.
• Move seamlessly between higher-spec studio shoots and agile mobile-journalism setups, working with and directing internal experts and influencers.
• Edit with CapCut, Premiere Pro and AI clipping tools, designing thumbnails and graphics that win the click and hold the watch.
• Monitor the news cycle and pop culture daily, so Finder is part of the conversation the moment rates change or a meme trends.
• Partner with Social, PR & Insights and Publishing & Editorial to turn stories and press hits into video-first content.
• Review performance weekly, using retention, watch time and CTR data to refine titles, hooks and formats — the goal is subscribers and regulars, not content people scroll past.

• Experience producing video for a brand or publisher.
• Power user of CapCut, Premiere Pro and AI clipping tools.
• Strong eye for design; can create high-CTR thumbnails and graphics.
• Confident shooting both considered and fast-turnaround content.
• Comfortable mixing audio.
• Able to manage stakeholders.
