About the role
THE ROLE
Elossa Fitness is a purpose-built, exercise physiology-led gym dedicated to the health, strength, and vitality of adults aged 60 years and over. We combine clinical expertise with a warm, community-focused environment to help our members move better, feel stronger, and live more independently.
We are looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Elossa Fitness Corrimal. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our studio — you will lead and develop our team, manage rosters, drive membership growth and profitability, and ensure our studio operates to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate brings operational rigour and genuine warmth; someone who understands that our members are not just gym-goers, but individuals investing in their health, independence, and quality of life.

Member Experience & Retention
Clinical Role as Senior AEP

ABOUT YOU
You are an organised, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, community-driven environment. You work well autonomously, are a natural problem-solver, and bring high levels of motivation, energy, and professionalism to everything you do. You will bring:
· Experience: 2+ years in a studio, gym, allied health, management role.
· People leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
· Member focus: A genuine passion for working with older adults and an understanding of their unique needs, motivations, and goals.
· Communication: Warm, clear communicator
· Autonomy: A mature, self-directed approach with the ability to work with little or no direct supervision.
· Professionalism: High integrity, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
BACKGROUND and QUALIFICATIONS
· Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
· Ideally 2+ years post-graduate and/or professional experience in a management/team leader role.
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Certificate
· ESSA accreditation
