We're seeking a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team as a subcontractor for 1–2 days per week. This opportunity would suit a psychologist who is passionate about working with children and young people and has experience in paediatric and neurodevelopmental assessment. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Speech Pathologists while providing high-quality assessment, reporting and psychological support to children and families.

What you'll bring 🌿
Essential
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist
Experience working with neurodivergent children and young people
Strong understanding and implementation of culturally safe, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Understanding of the NDIS, and experience working with children and families accessing NDIS supports
Access to, or ability to obtain, external clinical supervision
Experience with independently completing:
Autism assessments collaboratively with Speech Pathologists
ADHD assessments
Cognitive and intellectual assessments
Functional Capacity Assessments
Assessments of Specific Learning Disorders (including dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia)
Ability to prepare comprehensive, evidence-based diagnostic and assessment reports in a timely manner.
Confidence communicating with families, educators and other professionals and contributing to collaborative recommendations.
Desirable
Experience and willingness to develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans and deliver stakeholder training
Experience delivering group-based interventions
Interest and skills in providing individual therapeutic support in areas such as:
Emotional regulation
Anxiety management
CBT and ACT
Parent coaching
Executive functioning support
School refusal
Self-esteem and confidence building
Transition support
General mental health support
