About the role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, creative, digitally savvy and organised Marketing Executive to help deliver Moonlight Cinema's 2026/2027 summer season.

You know what stops people scrolling, love spotting trends, and can turn ideas into content that feels unmistakably Moonlight. Just as importantly, you're organised, proactive and enjoy keeping multiple projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager and working closely with the Operations team, you'll help bring the Moonlight Cinema brand to life across digital channels and live experiences.. This role is equal parts creativity, coordination and communication. If you get a kick out of a jam-packed to-do list, have equal love for a clever caption and a well-built spreadsheet, and enjoy working across creative campaigns, live events and everything in between, this one's for you.

This role is a Fixed-Term, Full Time Contract which will run from mid-end of September 2026 – early-April 2027.

A typical week could include:

• Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across digital, social and on-site channels, and co-ordinating the rollout of campaign assets across venues, media partners and stakeholders
• Ideating, creating and scheduling content for Moonlight's social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) using Canva and CapCut (or equivalent), and spotting opportunities for trend-led or reactive content
• Creating copy and assets for Moonlight's weekly email newsletters.
• Preparing accurate weekly site updates and documentation for venue managers
• Supporting the management of media, VIP, event and group bookings, including liaising with venue managers
• Helping co-ordinate signage, merchandise and on-site collateral requirements
• Updating website content and monitoring social channels
• Helping address customer service queries and updates, coordinating with the Event customer service team and ensuring FAQs and patron comms are accurate
• Assisting the Marketing and Communications Manager with reporting requirements for internal teams and partners

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• You're someone with a flair for content and a strong instinct for what works on social.
• You're confident creating content using Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
• You're digitally savvy, curious and always keen to explore new platforms, technologies and trends.
• You're highly organised and enjoy keeping multiple projects moving at once.
• You're a strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
• You have around 1-2 years' experience in marketing, social media, communications or a similar role (formal marketing qualifications are a bonus, but not essential).
• You're comfortable using, or excited to learn, tools such as Claude, Copilot, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, WordPress, Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
• You're proactive, adaptable and happy rolling up your sleeves to help wherever needed.
