Postformer Benchtop Guru

Solid Surface Qld is seeking a dedicated team member to join us in Kunda Park, Queensland. This full-time position focuses on fabricating high-quality laminated benchtops and splashbacks for both commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing operation of postformer with duties including trimming laminate, postforming, coving, routing and other duties involved around the manufacture of benchtops and splashbacks.

• Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and project specifications.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

• Working closely in a small, dynamic team, as well as independently, to manage projects from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience with coving, postforming and laminating.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Benchtop Manufacturer.

• Proficiency in the use of power tools is essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively both in a small team and independently.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety
