About the role

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related business discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Technical certifications relevant to Digital Workplace or other enterprise applications.
Experience in working in the Tier 1 global organisation will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of Service Operation models.
Working knowledge of how machine learning (ML) can enhance automation.
DevOps experience or knowledge.
Ability to think strategically and innovatively and interpret insights into actions.
Understanding of agile and service management practices and principles.
Strong communications skills – both written and verbal. You will be relied on by leadership and other technical specialists for advice and direction – you must be able to communicate clearly and accurately.
Experience in working in dynamic global environment.
Practical working knowledge of IT Security in a distributed global environment.
