Experienced Cocktail Bartenders

Step behind the bar with one of Australia’s leading luxury yacht charter and entertainment groups.

YOT Group is looking for experienced cocktail bartenders to join our onboard hospitality team across YOT Club and our private luxury charter fleet.

This isn’t your standard bar shift. You’ll be working onboard some of the Gold Coast and Brisbane’s most recognisable vessels, delivering high-volume events, private celebrations, corporate functions and YOT Club experiences.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages

• Working efficiently during fast-paced, high-volume services

• Providing friendly, professional and engaging customer service

• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

• Working closely with our onboard and on shore teams

• Delivering a consistently high standard of presentation and service across every event

You must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ fast-paced cocktail bartending experience

• Be confident working high-volume events and busy services

• Hold a current QLD RSA

• Be available for full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with some Friday nights required

• Have weekday availability where possible

• Be physically fit and comfortable working onboard vessels

• Be reliable, well-presented and professional

• Have strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality

This role is best suited to experienced bartenders. You’ll need to be comfortable jumping behind the bar and performing at a high standard from the outset.
