Receptionist

Cityline Windows & Doors are currently looking to employ a professional and friendly person to be the first point of call.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phone, e-mail and counter enquiries.

• Data entry and invoicing.

• Ordering of office supplies.

• Taking payments.

Preferable knowledge of:

• MYOB.

• Microsoft office.

The successful applicant will have great communication skills, are able to learn things quickly and are friendly and approachable. Previous office experience is an advantage but not essential.
