As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate Dermal Therapist or Bachelor-qualified Dermal Clinician who genuinely loves skin - not just treatments. Someone with strong clinical knowledge of how the skin functions and a commitment to achieving real results for clients.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client care, thrives in a boutique environment where quality matters more than volume, and wants to be part of a team building something meaningful. Key responsibilities include:

· Performing comprehensive skin consultations and creating customised treatment plans

· Delivering advanced skin treatments (chemical peels, skin needling, IPL/laser, facials, and corrective treatments)

· Educating clients on treatment pathways and professional skincare

· Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation daily

· Providing an exceptional client experience from consultation through to results

· Supporting client retention through education and relationship-building

Qualifications & Experience (Essential)

We are specifically seeking candidates with strong clinical training:

· Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science / Health Science (or equivalent) or;

· Bachelor Degree in Dermal Science (or equivalent)

· QLD Laser Licence & Laser Safety Certificate

· Maintain Infection Control Certificate (HLTINF005)

You will also have:

· Strong knowledge of skin physiology and common skin conditions

· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage treatment schedules

· Confidence performing independent consultations with high conversion rates

· Excellent communication and client education skills, including thorough follow up

· A genuine passion for results-based skin treatments and ongoing education

· High professional standards and personal integrity

· Experience with IPL and/or laser devices

· Experience with medical-grade skincare

· Previous experience in a cosmetic or dermal clinic environment

Employment Details & Benefits

· Hourly rate: as per award, $40–$50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

· Role will commence as casual, with the opportunity to transition into permanent part-time or full-time as demand grows

· No Sundays

· Alternate Saturdays required

· Some weekday late evenings required
