Delivery Coordinator

Chery Castle Hill has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator, where you will be responsible for coordinating the most memorable moment in any Chery owner’s life.

The Delivery Coordinator’s role is to excite and engage with customers, providing an exceptional and efficient delivery experience. 

If you are someone who aspires to enhance a customer experience, is highly organised, with excellent presentation and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers to the Chery family by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience.

• Educate customers on how to effectively use their new vehicle.

• Communicate with admin, service, and sales departments to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the delivery and vehicle movements.

• Coordinate final receipt of delivery.

• Ensure all purchase and registration documents are thoroughly and accurately signed

• Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments.

• Act as the last line of defence for quality and customer experience before the vehicle handover.

• Communicate feedback to management and other relevant parties to drive departmental efficiency and improvements.

• Uphold a professional appearance at all times.

• Sound knowledge of Chery products and services

Requirements:

• Self-starter who takes initiative, goal-oriented and highly motivated.

• Sound Product Knowledge

• High standard of presentation

• Customer Service Skills with at least one year of customer facing experience. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.

• Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across several business units.

• Must hold a full local Driver Licence with an excellent and safe driving history which must be maintained.

Base salary with commission is on offer along with ongoing training and support.
