Bielby Holdings
About the role
Environmental Manager
Bielby is experiencing a period of sustained growth, supported by a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects and continued expansion into new regions. Building on over 40 years of successful delivery across major infrastructure projects, we are seeking an accomplished Environmental Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the delivery of a major $400M regional road restoration project.
Initially based in Sydney during the design phase, this role offers the opportunity to lead environmental strategy, compliance and sustainability outcomes on a high-profile regional infrastructure project while helping shape Bielby's environmental capability and long-term growth across NSW.
Working closely with project leadership, clients, regulatory authorities and site teams, you will ensure environmental performance is embedded in every stage of project delivery, from planning and approvals through to construction and project completion.
This is an opportunity for an environmental leader who wants genuine influence, autonomy and the chance to make a lasting impact on both project outcomes and business growth.
