Customer Service Representative | Northgate

Customer Service – Temp to perm.

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday (roster between 9am – 5pm)
[Once perm, potential to shift to Tuesday – Saturday 8-4pm] roster 2 days from home once converted to permanent employment and achieving quality / productivity

Pay rate: $37.50/hr + penalties

Job Brief/Overview
Be part of the premium customer service team within waste management serving the biggest commercial & industrial businesses in Australia.

Duties:
Phones / Salesforce cases (multi-tasking 100 activities per day)
Customer Service
· Answering incoming phone calls
· Using internal customer and operations systems to process email requests efficiently (Salesforce)
· Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
· Booking ad-hoc, urgent or scheduled services within customer contracted timeframes
· Updating services with new information

Essential Skills: Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), previous contact centre experience

Desirable: Salesforce (CRM), similar transport, logistics or supply chain systems.
