Operating in a collaborative and friendly practice environment, the successful candidate will work alongside a cohesive multi-disciplinary team consisting of experienced

General Practitioners, skilled nursing colleagues, and efficient administrative staff. The clinic provides strong operational backing, including robust Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support, seamless administrative assistance, and an established patient recall and reporting framework. Practicing within a comprehensive mixed-billing environment, nurses are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to deliver high-quality care efficiently across a varied patient demographic.

The role offers a diverse clinical scope where nurses can exercise true clinical autonomy while delivering comprehensive patient care. Key responsibilities include performing immunizations for adults and children, ECGs, spirometry, ABI testing, advanced wound care and dressings, health assessments, INR and BSL monitoring, as well as specialized procedures such as iron infusions, ear syringing, and cannulation. Beyond routine care, the practice actively encourages nurses to pursue special interest opportunities, continuously expand their clinical skills, and take on supervisor or mentoring opportunities if desired.

Continuous professional development (CPD) support is fully integrated into the culture to help nurses thrive and stay at the forefront of primary health care. Designed to foster a healthy work-life balance, this position features stable, structured part-time hours across weekdays (Mondays 1 pm–5 pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 am–5 pm, and Fridays 2 pm–5 pm), with flexible working arrangements available for candidates who can assist with coverage during peak leave periods.
