• Hybrid working environment. 

• Up to 2 years fixed term, VPS 6 $142,790 - $191,084 + super & benefits. 

• This role will be located at the Melbourne CBD office, 180 Lonsdale Street.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

• Review contractor and delivery partner program submissions, tender schedules, extension of time claims and progress updates, providing evidence-based advice on achievability, compliance, risks, opportunities and schedule impacts.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules that align with approved baselines, work breakdown structures, risk registers, change control processes and project delivery strategies
• Undertake schedule assurance, health checks and quality reviews to confirm program logic, sequencing, constraints, calendars, milestones, float, critical path and progress data are complete, accurate and fit for management decision-making.
• Prepare clear schedule performance reports, dashboards, milestone updates and management commentary that identify key movements, emerging risks, critical interfaces, forecast impacts and recommended corrective actions.
• Advise local stakeholders and planning and scheduling management on schedule and performance issues arising and recommend improvements and mitigation actions to ensure project programs are robust and able to be delivered within the required time frames.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders ensuring completeness, accuracy and clarity of works schedules, the identification of critical works, and the timely communication of schedule delays and issues arising along with mitigation strategies.

This opportunity is an up to 2 year fixed-term.
