What you'll be doing?

• Handling customer enquiries — Be the first point of contact for customers by managing incoming phone calls in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner.

• Quoting parts and jobs — Prepare accurate and timely quotations for suspension parts and vehicle suspension jobs, helping customers make informed decisions.

• Processing parts orders — Coordinate the fulfilment of parts orders for both customer pick-up and delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

• Booking and allocating jobs — Schedule vehicle bookings and allocate the appropriate parts to each job, keeping workflow organised and on track.

• Liaising with the team — Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and vehicle fitters to ensure seamless communication and job completion.

• Generating and filing documentation — Prepare accurate documentation for parts orders and vehicle jobs, and maintain filing records to support traceability and compliance.

• Processing sales transactions — Handle cash sales and booking confirmations for customers, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience at every touchpoint.

• Following up enquiries and warranty matters — Manage follow-up communications on outstanding enquiries and warranty issues with professionalism and care.

Who are they looking for?

• Automotive industry background — Experience or a strong interest in the automotive industry, particularly in 4WD and/or truck suspension, is highly regarded and will be a distinct advantage.

• Strong communication skills — A confident, professional phone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
