The Role

As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both our clients and advisers by ensuring advice recommendations are implemented efficiently, and client administration requests are managed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Transactions

• Coordinate the implementation of financial advice recommendations.

• Process investment, superannuation, pension, insurance, and platform applications.

• Manage rollovers, withdrawals, contributions, pension payments, and other client transactions.

• Liaise with product providers, fund managers, insurers, and external service providers.

• Track and follow up outstanding documentation and applications.

Client Service & Administration

• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in person.

• Assist with ongoing service activities.

• Maintain accurate client records.

• Prepare client correspondence and documentation.

• Assist with compliance and administrative requirements.

Team Support

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client experiences.

• Support business projects and operational initiatives as required.

About You

• Has strong administrative and organisational skills.

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.

• Is highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Has a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

• Previous experience in financial planning, banking, accounting, mortgage broking, or financial services.

• Familiarity with Xplan or similar CRM software.

• Understanding of superannuation, investments, insurance, or wealth management.
