Westcool (WA) Pty Ltd was formed in 2016 to provide HVAC+R services.  We are fast becoming an industry leader and offer a service to our customers like no other company out there. We have grown over the years to more than 50 employees and now design, install, service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC+R equipment for several high-profile clients across the states of WA, NSW & QLD.

Due to the commencement of new service agreements with national brands, plus making continuous improvements to company operations, we are seeking the employment of additional HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians in WA.

❄️ Tasks & responsibilities ❄️

Working alongside the Account Managers and Field Supervisors the role consists of

• (HVAC) Carry out breakdown / repair works, to all types of HVAC equipment from split systems to small water chillers

• (Refrigeration) Carry out breakdown / repair works on commercial refrigeration systems, from integral self-contained units to supermarket rack systems.

• Control and reporting on planned preventative maintenance sites.

• Responsible for controlling service works for allocated areas / sites

• Provide quotations for follow up works and recommendations  

• Assisting with mentoring of apprentices.

🎓 Qualifications & experience 🎓

• Previous experience working in a similar role

• Strong technical background in HVAC or Refrigeration

• Good work ethic and enthusiasm

• Trade certificate/qualification

• Valid Refrigeration license

• Restricted electrical license

• Valid white card

• Valid WA driving license

• Valid Australian working rights
