The Maintenance officer is responsible for ensuring the Stoddart facilities are safe, clean, and operational through the effective completion of regular maintenance tasks. The role requires the ability to perform a variety of basic skills, including equipment operation, non-technical maintenance, gardening, and general housekeeping. The position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while adhering to Stoddart’s quality standards. 

More specifically your duties will include the following:

• Safely operate an EWP under 11m 

• Safely operate an Industrial Ride-on Sweeper

• Undertake general gardening and landscaping tasks

• Undertake non-technical plumbing tasks

• Undertake routine factory maintenance

• Operate a range of pneumatic and electrical tools

• Basic painting

• Undertake housekeeping

In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:

• Skilled at yard work

• Skilled at providing non-technical plumbing maintenance

• Skilled at using electrical and pneumatic tools

• Skilled at providing solutions to routine maintenance requirements

• Ability to safely work at heights

• Ability to maintain PPE and report/replace defective items 

• Experienced in working with safety systems

The following criteria will be highly regarded:

• Forklift Licence (HR LF)
