Citadines St. Georges Terrace, managed by The Ascott Limited, now seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join as a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will be part of a tight-knit, supportive team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supervising daily maintenance operations to ensure all building systems, facilities and equipment are maintained in line with Ascott’s operational and brand standards.

• Coordinating routine inspections, preventative maintenance programmes and repairs while responding promptly to maintenance issues and emergency breakdowns.

• Monitoring property assets, utilities, energy consumption and maintenance expenditure to support cost control, operational efficiency and asset longevity.

• Ensuring compliance with quality assurance, fire safety, security, environmental and workplace health and safety requirements across the property.

• Managing maintenance administration, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, conducting team meetings and liaising with management and external contractors.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, facilities management or a related trade within hospitality, accommodation or property environments.

• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, fire safety, environmental compliance and preventative maintenance practices.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, contractors and key stakeholders.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, drive operational efficiencies and maintain high service standards.
