About the role:

As the Coordinator, RTO Compliance, you will play a critical role in supporting the compliance, administration, and quality assurance functions of our Registered Training Organisation, Training & Safety Solutions (TSS). TSS delivers essential training to staff and individuals within our care at correctional and immigration detention facilities, as well as disadvantaged members of the wider community.

You will work closely with the Manager, RTO Compliance and Administration to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of accredited training programs that meet ASQA standards and contractual requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for educational excellence in a dynamic and evolving training environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of RTO compliance and reporting requirements

• Assist with quality assurance processes including validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain accurate records in Learning Management System and Student Management System.

• Provide administrative support across RTO programs, including enrolments, training schedules, and trainer/assessor compliance documentation.

• Contribute to client engagement, feedback analysis, and process improvements across training delivery.

• Help ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all training activities.

Key requirements:

• Hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or Cert IV in RTO Compliance

• Knowledge of ASQA standards, training packages and the RTO compliance framework.

• Experience in RTO compliance and administration within the vocational education sector.

• High attention to detail and sound knowledge of LMS systems (ReadyTech).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with students.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong organisational skills.
