What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams and daily operations in a hospitality 
• Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences 
• Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development 
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation; First Aid and CPR qualifications are highly regarded 
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
