IT Service Engineer

iScape is expanding & in need of an experienced & focused IT Services Engineer. Will you be next to join our services team?

Tasks & duties:

• Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers

• Assisting with HelpDesk support and Managed Services

• Assisting clients with integration of new technologies

• Working on major project implementations for our Technical Services team

• Helping improve our clients' business through use of appropriate tech

• Performing as a team player in our bustling environment

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary or technical qualification (or working towards)

• Current Manual Australian driver's license

• Ability to self-motivate & work autonomously

• An analytical & detailed view of your work

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Neat personal presentation

• History with Office 365 administration

• Weekly/fortnight rotation contract work onsite for corporate clients.

• Must be in the Mackay region or able to relocate to Mackay.

• Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience required

• Australian citizenship required for this position
