Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Achieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targets
• Launching catalogue campaigns
• Visual Merchandising and building store standards
• Daily recovery & replenishment of stock
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
• High volume stock management and movement

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong retail store management experience preferred
• Time management & multi-tasking ability
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindset for your store
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team 
• A resilient & innovative problem solver 
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
