Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing building services on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and communications services.
• Experience managing design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover activities.
• Demonstrated capability leading consultant and subcontractor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience on Tier 1 building projects.
• Experience delivering projects within live operational environments, including airports and aviation infrastructure, will be highly regarded.

• Experience in commercial building construction, building services or services coordination.
• Sound construction knowledge and a general understanding of building and construction trades.
• Experience in the design and installation of building services. 
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors, consultants and project delivery teams.
