About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Team Member to join our Support Office team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting both internal stakeholders and external institution partners.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and responsive customer service, working closely with Account Management and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer support as a key point of contact

• Process orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Manage workflows and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems

• Support general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, admin, or sales support

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Confident working with both internal teams and external customers

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience in B2B environments or retail/apparel industries

• Background in uniforms, teamwear, or product-based businesses
