Parts Interpreter

Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping things moving?

Motorama is looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department at Nathan. If you have dealership experience, strong communication skills and a good understanding of vehicle parts, we'd love to hear from you.

• Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.

• Interpret and supply genuine and aftermarket parts and accessories.

• Work closely with Sales and Workshop teams to meet customer and operational requirements.

• Manage special orders, ensuring parts are paid for, received and actioned promptly.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Assist with stock management and keep parts operations running efficiently.

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded.

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

• Experience with TUNE, Pentana or ERA DBS is an advantage.

• Forklift licence is highly regarded.

• Good technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

• Strong communication and questioning skills with a professional phone manner.

• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.

• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Current open manual driver's licence.
