HVAC Service Technician | 4th Year Apprentice or Qualified | Sydney

Salary/ Package:

We are expanding our service division across Greater Sydney and need a skilled technician who genuinely loves the puzzle of fault-finding and diagnostics.

Whether you are a highly capable 4th-Year Apprentice ready for a permanent home to finish your ticket, or a fully Qualified Mechanic looking for a better environment, you will fit right in. Crucially, you must have genuine service experience - this isn't a rough-in or high-volume install role.

• Diagnosing, fault-finding, and maintaining a range of HVAC systems (Split systems, VRF/VRV, package units, and mechanical ventilation).

• Working across commercial and industrial properties across Sydney.

• Chatting with clients like a human being, providing real solutions, and logging clean reports on our job app.

• No micromanagement - we trust you to get to the site, do the job right the first time, and take pride in your work.

• The Money: A highly competitive $55 - $75/hr + Super, scaled to your actual experience.

• The Gear: A modern, clean service ute, fuel card, and all E-Tolls covered so your commute doesn't cost you a cent.

• The Support: We don't throw you in the deep end and walk away. You’ll have direct access to support from management when you run into a weird fault, plus paid ongoing factory/BMS training.

• The Culture: An active effort to structure your service route logically so you aren't driving from Palm Beach to Campbelltown in the same afternoon. Overtime is there if you want it, but going home on time is our priority.

To step into the ute, you must have:

1. Experience: 3+ years in the trade with clear, proven experience troubleshooting and servicing mechanical plant (not just hanging indoor units).

2. Current Ticket: 4th-Year Apprentice near completion OR fully qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic.

3. Licences: Valid ARCtick licence (Full or Apprentice), a current NSW Driver’s Licence, and a Construction White Card.

4. Mindset: Someone who values clean work, looks out for their team mates, and wants a long-term home.
