Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (Real Estate Industry)

Are you confident on the phone and know how to turn a conversation into a booked meeting?

We’re looking for a driven and personable Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts by connecting with professionals and securing qualified meetings.

This role is focused on starting conversations and creating opportunities.

You’ll be making outbound calls, introducing a professional offering, and booking meetings for our senior team. Success in this role comes down to your ability to engage, build rapport quickly, and confidently guide conversations.

This is not a scripted or high-pressure call centre role. We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet and communicate naturally.

• Conduct outbound calls to professionals and business owners

• Introduce services and identify potential opportunities

• Qualify prospects and book meetings

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes

• Work with the team to refine messaging and approach

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting

• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner

• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections

• Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused

• Comfortable working towards targets

• Flexible part-time hours (20 hours per week)

• $50-$60 per hour (experience dependent)
