About the team
AccessCare provides community care that supports older people, people with disabilities, and those with complex needs or at risk of homelessness, helping them to live safely and independently at home. Funded by the Commonwealth and Victorian governments, we deliver services across Kingston, Frankston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Stonnington, and Port Phillip.
About this opportunity:
We’re seeking to employ two Team Support Officers ready to make a real difference in people’s lives. In these roles, you’ll provide vital assistance to Care Partners, Client Service Officers, and your teammates, so every consumer receives the high-quality support they deserve. Alongside administrative tasks, you’ll be a friendly point of contact—helping monitor consumer wellbeing and keeping communication flowing between staff, consumers, and families.
