Pharmacist – Port Adelaide

About the role

Synergy Pharmacy Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our Port Adelaide location on a part-time basis, commencing December 2026.

The successful candidate will be required to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday on an ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive pharmacy team where you will play an important role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and clinical services to our local community. You will contribute to medication management, patient safety and professional pharmacy services while providing a positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently while maintaining appropriate pharmaceutical records
• Providing professional advice to patients regarding medications, side effects and interactions
• Supporting patients with effective medication management
• Providing clinical pharmacy services, including vaccinations and health screenings
• Ensuring compliance with relevant pharmaceutical legislation, regulations and professional standards
• Managing pharmacy stock and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and patients to support positive health outcomes
• Supporting and mentoring pharmacy team members where required
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional guidelines

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent recognised qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Accredited and qualified to administer vaccinations
• Experience working in a community pharmacy environment
• Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient and customer care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday on an ongoing basis from December 2026
