We currently have a full-time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Student Support Officer in our Coffs Harbour Office.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Student Support Administration Officer.
As a Student Support Administration Officer you will provide essential support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential. The role achieves this by ensuring that all student-related administrative processes across ETC Training sites are accurate, centralised and compliant with RTO Standards, contract requirements and ETC procedures. You will maintain up-to-date and compliant training documentation to support student success and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
