About the role

Senza Nome Italian Restaurant is seeking an experienced wait person to join our dynamic team at our Main Beach, Queensland location. As a casual wait person you will be responsible for running a section to meet our customers needs. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your waiting skills in a fast-paced, vibrant restaurant environment.

What you'll be doing

• Inputting orders via electronic POS system

• Maintaining a clean and organised work station

• Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

• Upselling menu items and beverages/wines etc

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a wait person or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

• Passion for Italian cuisine and a keen eye for detail

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
