Junior Customer Service Representative

Fastflex Heating & Cooling Supplies is looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our Thomastown team. No experience needed - just the drive to learn, the willingness to push yourself, and the ambition to grow.

We're a trade wholesale HVAC supplier and we're busy. This is a hands-on, physical role at the core of our operation - packing and fulfilling orders, answering phones, keeping the warehouse running, and building genuine relationships with our trade customers from day one. It won't always be easy, but if you're the right person, it'll be worth it.

We're not just looking for someone to fill a position. We're looking for someone we can invest in - train up, give more responsibility to over time, and grow with the business. If you come in with the right attitude and prove yourself, there's a real future here.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine work ethic - you don't wait to be told twice

• Physically capable and comfortable with heavy, hands-on work (20kg+ lifting daily)

• A positive attitude even when it's a tough day

• Strong communication and a natural people person

• Hungry to learn and not afraid to ask questions

• Interest in the trade industry

• Australian citizenship required
