Workforce Planning Manager (6 months)

We're partnering with an evolving P&C team that is looking for a hands-on Workforce Planning Manager to lead the development of their first enterprise-wide Strategic Workforce Plan. With strong executive visibility and a Board deadline in December, this is a rare opportunity to take a high-profile project from framework to final recommendation.

You'll bring together workforce, operational and strategic data, identify future workforce risks and opportunities, explore the impact of AI and emerging technologies, and author the paper that will shape future workforce decisions.

Proven strategic workforce planning experience in a large, complex organisationStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendationsExperience preparing executive, board or governance papersExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsConfidence working in environments with multiple competing perspectives and evolving data maturity

The groundwork has been started, but the organisation needs someone who knows what good workforce planning looks like and can drive the project through to completion. You'll have the support of internal subject matter experts and data specialists, but this role will lead the work, synthesise the findings and tell the story.
