The Role:

We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Full Time vacancy in our Asquith group home.

• Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
• Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
• Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
• Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
• Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles)
• A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).

We offer

• Attractive hourly rate of $34.59 - $35.67 + Super + Penalty Rates.
• $80,000 full-time equivalent (FTE) earnings are guaranteed for this position when penalty rates are included
