Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultant

This is not a typical retail job. You will be the first person a customer meets when they walk in to plan their dream bathroom. Your job is to understand their brief — the style, the space, the budget — and guide them through vanity selections, mirror choices, tapware, and accessories until they leave with a complete specification they are confident in.

You will be working directly with the business owner and will have real input into how the vanity section of the showroom is developed, displayed, and sold.

We are looking for Casual Full Time or Casual applicants. Hours are roster-based.

What You Will Do

• Consult with walk-in customers — homeowners, renovators, builders, and designer; bathroom vanity and sanitaryware selections
• Deep dive into their brief. Style, budget, timeline; get the full picture.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up within 24 hours, no lead should be left sitting
• Maintain deep product knowledge across our vanity, mirror, and tapware range, and use it to upsell with confidence
• Keep the vanity section of the showroom impeccably presented and correctly priced at all times
• Build relationships with repeat trade and builder customers
• Contribute to Google reviews and referrals through exceptional customer care

What We Are Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in bathroom, vanity, sanitaryware, tapware, plumbing fixtures, or building materials sales — you know the product before you walk in, not after
• The ability to take a customer's vague "I want it to look nice" and turn it into a real list of products.
• Confidence handling price objections without dropping too much margin
• A professional, reliable approach, you show up on time, follow through on quotes, and own your results
• An eye for design

Interior designers with a knack for sales are high on our list. If you’ve worked at places like Reece, Highgrove, or Harvey Norman, you’ll fit right in.

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
