About the role:
You'll deliver community-based care to clients in their homes, supporting independence and improving quality of life. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated, compassionate team and be backed by an approachable management group that truly values their staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years nursing experience

• Current AHPRA registration (EEN/RN) or relevant qualifications for AIN

• Current Police Check, CPR & First Aid

• Yellow Card

• Reliable transport and driver's license

• Smart Phone with the ability to upload photos for compliance

• Manual Handling Certificate

• Infection Control Certificate
