The Breslin Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic wait staff and a Bartender member to join our team in Southbank.

We're a busy venue with a loyal local following, plenty of regulars and a great atmosphere. We believe good service is about making people feel welcome, paying attention to the little things and working together as a team.

If you enjoy hospitality, like working in a fast-paced environment and genuinely love looking after people, we'd love to hear from you.

• Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel welcome.

• Taking food and drink orders and providing menu recommendations.

• Delivering food and beverages with confidence and attention to detail.

• Keeping tables and service areas clean and organised.

• Working closely with our kitchen and bar team to ensure a smooth service.

• Helping create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred, but attitude is just as important.

• Someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys working with people.

• A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves during busy services.

• Strong communication skills and a professional presentation.

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

• A current Victorian RSA.

• A supportive team that enjoys working together.
