Qualified Automotive Mechanic

One of Australia's leading tyre brands, Bridgestone, currently has the opportunity for a Qualified Motor Mechanic to join the team at Bridgestone Select Artarmon.

We currently require the services of a qualified and capable Motor Mechanic to join our close-knit and friendly team of professionals.

To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have/are:

• A professional and reliable attitude.

• Knowledge and experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles.

• Practical time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.

• Be able to work independently as well as part of the overall team.

• The ability to comply with OH&S policies and procedures.

• Well presented, punctual and responsible.

• A keen eye for detail, pride in your work, and a knowledge of our business values.

• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• A valid Trade Qualification.

• A current Australian Drivers Licence.

Some of your daily duties within this role will include:

• General mechanical repairs.

• Servicing.

• Diagnosis of engine management.

• Brakes and suspension on Passenger, Light Commercial and 4WD vehicles.

• Tyre fitting.

• Wheel alignment.
