About the role

As a Senior Gardener, you will be responsible for the precision maintenance of high-end residential gardens, executing elite horticultural practices across our exclusive portfolio.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• precision topiary, hedging, and structural pruning to manicured standards

• diagnosing pest and disease issues and implementing soil remediation

• overseeing turf care including fine mowing, aeration, and seasonal treatments

• monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems and softscaping

• delivering elite customer service through proactive client communication

• acting as primary on-site liaison across our exclusive portfolio.

What we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Min. 5 years professional residential gardening or high-end horticulture experience

• Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent essential

• Valid Australian driver's licence essential

• Thorough understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and irrigation systems

• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills

• Manual driving competency highly preferred.
