Beyond Smiles Studio is a brand-new boutique dental practice in Chipping Norton dedicated to creating confident smiles through exceptional care, advanced technology, and a personalised patient experience. Our beautifully designed clinic combines state-of-the-art equipment with a warm, welcoming environment where both our patients and team feel valued.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Casual Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible working hours while becoming part of a supportive and professional team. As our practice continues to grow, there may also be opportunities for additional hours and ongoing employment positions.

Whether you're an experienced Dental Assistant or looking to start a rewarding career in dentistry, we would love to hear from you. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a diverse role combining chairside dental assisting with occasional reception duties. You will work closely with our clinicians to ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, comfortable and positive experience.

As a casual team member, flexibility to work across weekdays and Saturdays will be highly regarded.

• Assist dentists during general, cosmetic and surgical dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments

• Maintain excellent infection control and sterilisation standards

• Prepare instruments, materials and equipment for treatment

• Assist with digital dentistry, including intraoral scanning and clinical photography (training provided)

• Monitor and replenish clinical stock and supplies

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinical environment

• Welcome patients with a warm and professional approach

• Answer phone enquiries and assist with appointment scheduling

• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

• Support reception during busy periods

• Assist with recalls, appointment confirmations and general administrative tasks

• Previous Dental Assisting experience

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting

• Reception or customer service experience

• Familiarity with dental practice software

• Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
