Warehouse Coordinator / Technical Trainee

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator / Technical Trainee to join our expanding Adelaide team. Due to recent growth and strong performance across the South Australian market, we’re investing in new talent to support our continued success. This is a hands-on role with full training provided and excellent long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

This role combines warehouse duties with technical development. 

You will be responsible for:

• Daily dispatch of consumables to clients based on alerts

• Receiving, storing, and distributing stock accurately

• Maintaining precise inventory records using warehouse systems

• Operating pallet lifters and handling equipment safely

• Conducting stock counts and coordinating replenishment

• Preparing and packaging goods for dispatch

• Ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental standards

• General housekeeping and warehouse upkeep

• Unboxing and preparing new equipment for delivery

• Assisting with device run-ups

• Refurbishing used devices for resale

• Supporting various additional operational tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with all levels of experience. 

You may have:

• Warehouse or logistics experience

• Previous work in the office equipment or related industry

• Basic IT knowledge (preferred but not essential)

• A genuine interest in technology and learning

• Familiarity with Canon or HP products (advantageous)

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• A proactive, “can-do” attitude
