Registered Nurse - Aged Care

Lumia Care is hiring Casual Registered Nurses to join our Aged Care team in the North Shore, North Sydney and Northern Beaches area. We partner with reputable aged care facilities that are looking for reliable and compassionate RNs who enjoy flexible and varied work environments.

About the role

As a Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to residents

• Supporting and leading care teams to ensure safe and collaborative practice

• Assessing, planning and delivering care while fostering a warm and respectful environment

What you'll bring

• Minimum 12 months experience in Aged Care

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

• Ability to lead, mentor and support care staff

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• A collaborative, resident focused approach and commitment to quality care

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Preferred)

• Full Australian working rights
