Barista All Rounder

Back Alley Bakes is an artisan bakery located in Coburg North.
We're a business that relies on people like you to cultivate a safe and happy space
where staff and customers alike can step in every day and feel included, appreciated, and
excited. As our barista/all rounder you'll be the friendly face and smooth operator at the front line

The Role
-Lead the customer experience: warmly welcome guests, take orders, and manage
service flow.
-Maintain an inviting and tidy café environment. Think clean counters, organised
display of pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere.
-Handle transactions and manage stock: including daily cash reconciliations and
coordinating product availability between the front and bakery.
-Champion our brand values: demonstrate passion for quality, care for local and
sustainable sourcing, and enthusiasm for our unique offerings.
-Produce consistent, quality, barista quality coffe every time.
